The work as a PREFECT

How a prefect should be?
You know how a prefect should be?
Is he/she have to smile with you everyday and ask for the students to keep the mouth shut?
Is a prefect have to duty everyday to control the discipline of students at school?
And it is what for?
Is a prefect is a really good person who let students to scold for? laugh for? kidding for?
Almost three years i become a prefect in school..
I will smile if i can ask somebody to tug in his/her shirt and he/her really know that they were wrong and just follow what i said...
I will get no mood if somebody scold back to me although they know they were the one who get wrong..
What's such a world like this?
Not fair what?!!!
but anyway, really hope that they will change their attitude..
And think before they say any words, do anythings...
It is important to anyone who concern about what you have said..
Really hope somebody can change the world....
